Quick shows off for a bit and asks for an audience volunteer. Amber gladly agrees and the two flirtatiously throw each other around for a bit. After the show Quick Kick catches up with her and after introductions the two start a relationship.
A bunch of date montage shots follow and eventually this leads to Amber mentioning that she wants to become a member of GI Joe. Quick Kick notes that Cobra is not an organization to be taken lightly.
Meanwhile on some far off island, Gung-Ho is taken captive while on a spy mission. He caught with a new Cobra whip weapon called a Laser Lash. Cobra Commander tells Baroness of a weapon GI Joe has that she must obtain.
Cut to Duke and Scarlett investigating a fire in their electrical plant. Bazooka finds Lady Jaye inside and hauls her out of the place just in time. As the building collapses they Joes notice a Cobra Rattler flying off and Duke notes they are after their new guidance system. Luckily for the Joes they recently moved it to their main base.
At night, a dark woman figure infiltrates the Joe base via air vents. Duke unveils her to find out that it is Amber. She claims she was there to join the Joes and Duke tells Quick Kick to give her a tour. During the tour, it is revealed that the code to the security system is changed every night. Turns out, a spy is on the Joe base and whoever it is relays the code to Cobra Commander. Cobra Commander boasts to Destro that he will reveal his ultimate plan so the whole world can see it.
This immediately prompts a Cobra attack on the Joe base which Lady Jaye is able to avoid. However during her flight she is shot down by Cobra. Duke calls an emergency meeting and tells Quick Kick that Amber has to be the leak to Cobra.
Quick Kick accepts responsibility and heads off to find Amber at her dorm. She runs into Sandy who lets him into her room. He notes that her message machine is blinking. He plays it to hear message from Amber claiming she is going to the Cobra base.
Cut to Amber invading the Cobra base but she is pretty much caught right away. She is shocked when she comes face to face with Lady Jaye who claims she is working for Cobra. However this isn�t the real Lady Jaye but rather the Baroness. The Baroness boasts about how she framed Amber as she easily stole the laser guidance system.
Amber is thrown into the Cobra dungeon which contains Gung-Ho and the real Lady Jaye. Amber using her karate skills she learned from Quick Kick to break through her captive�s chains. Meanwhile, Quick Kick arrives on the island via helicopter.
Destro and the Baroness quickly become fed up with Cobra Commander who is keeping hush hush about his plan with the laser. The become even more insulted when they find out Cobra Commander is using the laser to carve his face into the moon.
Quick Kick quickly makes his presence known but becomes captive. Down in the dungeon, the other captives escape from their cell. They make their way upstairs and are able to free Quick Kick. During Cobra�s escape, Quick Kick and Amber take off after them in a Dragonfly. They crash land and luckily for them Duke and a whole squadron of Sky Strikers arrive to chase Cobra off for good.
Duke offers up his apologies to Amber who decides that she look to join the Joes some other day. The show ends with Quick Kick and Amber still in love and the moon back to normal.
I award this to Amber for no other reason than dating Quick Kick.

1.) Mistake #1 Cobra Commander wastes billions in Cobra funds to plaster his mug on the moon without checking in with Destro first.
Possible Solution: Make Cobra Commander get a nice laser tattoo job of Destro�s face on his hooded ass.
DON�T STICK A WET FORK INTO A SOCKET MEDAL
The PSA we decided to feature for this review involves a bunch of kids peer pressuring one of their friends to spray graffiti. The kid refuses and Flint shows up to agree. He says that �its hard not to follow the crowd, but sometimes that path is just a dead end�.
DarkSider Says: Thats right listen to Flint kids; Defy society and end up as a loser writing internet cartoon reviews about GI Joe. I�d say that knowing is 5/8 the battle for this PSA.
