James S. Manners died at Mercer Hospital yesterday. He was a foreman for the Pennsylvania Railroad and a member of Trenton Council No. 90, Jr. O. U. A. M.; the Veterans' Association and P. R. R. Relief. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edward Swick, of Bayonne; Mrs. Ernest Suarez, of Tampa, Fla., and Mrs. Peter De Marco, of this city, and five sons:  Walter W., of Phillipsburg, N. H,; D. Wesley and James H., of Bayonne, and Harvey R. and Frederick G., of this city. The funeral, which will be private, will be held at his home, 34 Franklin Street, Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock. The Rev. D. Wilson Hollinger will conduct the services, after which burial will take place in
Frenchtown. Friends may view the deceased tomorrow evening from 8 to 9 o'clock. Poulson has charge of the arrangements.
