We must begin by cutting blades with balsa of 5 / 10 of the fixture in pieces of credit cards,   the plan of the blade is on the site of MPS.
The diameter of the propeller is 8cm.

We humidify the blades on a piece of paper towels.

We still wet all on a sponge.

After a few hours we get  the blades  wet.

For the camber we will bring them to dry on a bottle (3cm in diameter), surrounded by a paper towel on which marked the impact of the blades.

We surround blades and the bottlel of a new layer of paper towels everything:

If you have no time you can be dried in the microwave 45 seconds

While the cool blades will prepare the axis from a toothpick :

We drill  best possible a hole of 6 / 10.

We netting up just under 8 / 10 :

This small device allows you to adjust the impact of blades, one notices the centre needle is 8 / 10, which corresponds to the axis. The angle is 25 °, which correpond to a  3cm pich, the propeller is tractive.

Place the toothpick in the needle, it must be squeezed !

We adjust the tip of toothpicks on the axis :

We adjust the height with a blade cutter, for example.

The first  blade is checked.

We should see the camber like this:

On a piece of tape files we put a drop of thick CA :

The CA  is deposited at the end of support blades with a toothpick

The first blade is stuck, we wait a little.

It runs:

And  we glue  the second blade:

We removes the propeller of the needle and be strengthened with the CA and an accelerator.

We do the first test with the device (see tester propellers)

Now we have to balance :

To balance  can be sanded, but also add weight :

Some small pieces of tape enough

New test, it goes better!
