What are IPS files?

IPS files are patches to rom's which are very small in file size and also legal
to download, you need an IPS patcher program to patch original rom to the
changes made by the hack. I suggest you make a copy of the original rom
and patch the copy instead. It is really simple to do, select the original
rom from the file selection menu, and then select the IPS patch and click on
Apply and you are done
IPS PATCHES CAN BE MIXED AND MATCHED, SO EXPERIMENT!!!
