Guns, knives— probably see idiots blaming bowling too…
Like the Columbine shooters, K. Pierson went bowling, just as Holmes went partying.  These people take advantage of others— this is an abuse and psychopathy issue, not a gun (or any other weapon) issue.  I may be isolated, but I refuse to cause injury or death!

Putin aims to ‘fight the terrorists until they are completely annihilated.’
No claims of responsibility for the two suicide bombings around Volgograd that claimed 34; New Year events canceled, local fire works discouraged.

ND: overnight shipment train derailment and oil explosion 1 mi. fm. Casselton blows out windows and darken skies for 15 miles; some 10-12 train cars may still be on fire; one train hit another that triggered the blast.  Air quality checked today; no reports of injuries or car crashes due to impaired visibility.  And now the sheriff lifts evacution order in Casselton.

Dubai, UAE aims to break a Guinness World Record or two by sending off— not 70,000 fire works in an hour, 500,000 in six minutes, using the tallest building in the world and a hundred computers.  It’ll take that hour (or more) to go over what was bought and used for Guinness to verify the display that… had already happened (midnight local, 15:00EST).

Over one year later, a writer for the NYT (Kirpatrick???) claims that al Qaeda was not involved in the Benghazi attack, that it was the video, and an op-ed in the paper defends the piece that doesn’t even mention Hilary Clinton.  Talk about trying (but failing) to promote her.  Even she admitted to some of the facts, the Obama admin. stating that it wasn’t just some mob attack.  It was a full-blown planned out event.

There were other things I could have reported on but… you have to take care of yourself first, right?  Yeah, I failed.  Big time.

It appears I may not make 30, after all

There were warning signs, and life slapped right back at me.  Like everything else, it’s too little too late.  I’ve spoken of prostate problems, how “I need to see that urologist,” and that such a thing wouldn’t happen, but now…

There’s blood in my urine.  When undiluted, sometimes full red.  Time to face my mortality.  Again.

Looking back… harshly

With nothing useful to prove, efforts unrequited, zero affection, I figured that my life was over at age fifteen, and started dying at twenty-one, blindness being the immediate symptom.  Able to drink but choose to remain celibate on alcohol?  Don’t go figure, don’t Pass Go, don’t collect two-hundred dollars.  No.  Go blind, friendless and alone.  And die.

First you die spiritually; then you die physically, then your organs begin shutting down; and, finallly, you go into cardiac arrest.  This all, what I am experiencing, is supposed to matter to me, but a part of me is just way too tired to go on.  Must I do everything I have no experience in doing, on such a basic skill level, that it’s impossible for me to survive on my own?  Apparently, yes.

Don’t get me wrong.  There is no honor in death.  But I get no answer when I ask the universe what to do, “what choice do I have?”  Beggars can’t be choosers, and… I don’t beg.  I do what I can and/or just… fall apart.  I’m such a baby that I can’t do much alone.

Feedback

Call it poetic how I’ve been a bit cruel that life has been a bit cruel to me; that, I have been violent at times and have been struck and bled at times; that I have gone silent for the most part and have received silence for the most part.  I get what I deserve, as all do.  But I still wish that someone would care, that someone would love me, that things wouldn’t be so impossible.  And once again I find myself clinging on to dear life, and people just walk over me, one way or another.

What else is left?  I spend time, I waste time.

So what did I get for Christmas, besides a shirt and a book?  Hematuria and finding that the 1000 Games CD is damaged beyond repair (transparent lines where mirror-or-pit should be…

Of Angels and Demons… wha—?

My prayers are not answered, or answered properly (getting what you want/need in this harsh fashion, right?  Right?  *silence*)

*Sam-like chuckle*.  This all getting no real or good answer certainly proves without a sliver of a doubt that Supernatural is absolute fiction; angels will not appear, will not help me, et cetera, et cetera.  (Not merely if one bears no importance.)  You need connections, and I have none.

*another Sam-like chuckle*.  And my not wanting to give myself over to God— it’s not just for reason of want of a life of my own (however paradoxical that sounds), but how incapable I seem to be.  To neither sell my soul nor… live.

Well, signing off on this goodbye for 2013.  Chances with me were pissed away.  That elusive potential, and I’m literally pissing blood.  Without one drop of alcohol.

Unusual pick for TIME’s Person of the Year: Pope Francis.  Only some 300 days into his papacy.  At least they didn’t choose to run a “mirror,” calling it you… as they have once before.  Update: turns out this pope disguises himself as a priest to visit the homeless…

The end of a nightmare?: FoxNews.com reporter Jana Winter protected by NY Shield law.  James Holmes pleaded guilty (and insane), but the law has to come down on her for her sources anyway?

Remembering: One Year Ago… barely

It was last year today that a “deranged man” killed nearly two dozen people at the Sandy Hook elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut.

So-so, and polarized coverage: Frontline’s take, the background and fore of Adam Lanza, why the then-adult with a neurological difficulty regarding sense of touch decided to abuse his rights by taking some of his mother’s guns, executing her w. four shots to the head in her sleep, killing two adults and twenty children, ages five and six, at Sandy Hook.

But the program wouldn’t go into much depth beyond what I’ve found online; they were unable to confirm details, admitting here and there that “it is not known what exactly happened.”  And instead of remembering the slain, the program finished with the political implications— how people are responding (under weak leadership) with “responsible” gun control legislation (limited trust, limited access).

TV

Plot “correction”: Family Guy restores Brian via time machine.
Stewie’s time machine was busted, but, during a time w. Vinny in a toy shop, Stewie finds a past version of himself traveling to the future (…for a toy), and stops Brian from being killed with it, sending the machine Back to the Future… and Stewie dissolves out (“my timeline no longer exists”).
