government in London. Awarded in two
classes, Silver and Bronze, for merit while not in action against the enemy.

Instituted 15/10/1943 by the Czechoslovak
government in London. Bronze, 38mm across,
48mm vertically, ribbon 38mm wide.
Bronze badges on the ribbon indicate the location
of involvement: "SSSR" (USSR); "Velká Británie" (Great Britain);
"Francie" (France); "Střední východ" (Middle East). Secondary
locations may be indicated by smaller badges with the initials "SSSR";
"VB"; "F"; "SV".
