Starship Catalogue

I have been drawing planes and starships since I was 12 years old. In December of 1997, I began for the first time to "draw" starships using my computer paint program. I started with MS Paint, but switched to Paint Shop Pro (PSP) at the urging of James Lithgoe (Advanced Starship Design Bureau) and Jeff McGuigan (Fleet Design). I do most of the line drawings in MS Paint, and use PSP for complex cutting, pasting, and filling in the drawing with color and shading. I do these drawings for my own pleasure, and almost always come up with a little history to go with the design.

The ships in each section are presented in the order I drew them, to the best of my recollection (I didn't start keeping close track until I had over 30 of them). There are some exceptions, but I won't bother pointing them out, as it shouldn't make much of a difference to you, anyhow. If you don't recognize some of the technology presented here, you might look in the Viva Las Vegas files. I won't guarantee you'll find it there, but if you don't you'll know I probably didn't invent it.
