CSW
In 1997, He started out in the CSW (Cyber Space Wrestling) from www.prowrestling.com. He was the main play by play man in the CSW. He was also apart of the higher and scounting in the csw. The CSW closed down after only running 6/7 months. Jim was out of a job. He had talked with Miguel Sanchez a good friend of his. Sanchez took Jim as apart of the UBH group into the next efed.
UCWF
UCWF didn't really use Jim there main man for plays. JIm was mainly for the UBH as there manager and interviewer. Then after the UBH was released from the UCWF they went on to the NWA
NWA
Jim came in as apart of the booking team. He and JL Black didn't get along. The butted heads over each idea. Jim Boss was one of the 3 men that wanted to leave the NWA and start the CWF.Pro. So after one month of the start to build the CWF.Pro. All the founding memebers walked out of the NWA and JL Black

Jim, Pres Burns and Loose Cannon were the booking team for the cwf.pro. Jim ws also the main play by play along with Loose Cannon. Jim turn into the Jimmy B later during 2001 as part of a heel role, which did not do well. Jim is still the head man at the play table for all cwf.pro events. Jim Boss was also put into the 2001 Hall of Fame
