| Marítimo's B team, featured first team players Zumbia and Fernando, eased to a 3-1 home win in the Segunda Liga B match against local rivals Camacha, one of six Madeirense teams competing in the Southern division. Both teams managed to create chances in a scrappy match, but it was the verde-rubros who took the lead when Emanuel scored after some excellent work by Brazilian striker Ronaldo. Marítimo B extended their lead in the 51st minute with a goal from Pita, who took on a motionless Camacha defence. Substitute Dudu put the game beyond doubt just minutes after coming on when his strike made it 3-0. Ronaldo again claiming the assist after some more fantastic play from the striker. The game was not yet over though as the visitors grabbed a late consolation goal from Manuel. After last weeks 2-2 away draw with Olivais e Moscavide, Marítimo B are now in 5th place in the league table, with just two games played.
