Katie Holmes seems like a very down-to-earth kind
of girl. She grew up in Wilmington, N.C., far from
Hollywood or New York. And its in N.C. where her hit show, "Dawson's Creek", is filmed. Her big-screen appearances so far have gone largely unnoticed (Disturbing Behavior,
Go, and Teaching Mrs. Tingle) outside of the teen film market, but her homegrown, girl-next-door good looks assure that she'll be in many more.
