This is a strange one. Rumour has it that Steve appeared at a festival called Ibiza Fest sometime during 1988. This is a little hard to believe, as Ibiza is pretty much a clubbers' paradise for those who, as Steve would put it, are 'having their first beer.' Nevertheless, someone did give me this date so I'll add it in in the hope that someone can substantiate or refute it.
