Hi, I'm Lori, the owner of this site and a few pets. The best dog I've ever had is a  Miniature Schnauzer, Bailey, a cat Oreo and a younger cat, Molly.
 Here you will find ideas for activities to do with your pets, pet links, safety tips and more. 

Let me start off by telling you about my gang.

 Bailey, the miniature Schnauzer, born May, 2000. 
He's the best! He's black & salt/pepper. He's very good with my young son, smart, listens well and loves to pick on our cats. Bailey stays indoors and I only use his cage when no one will be home. At night he sleeps on the floor in my bedroom, but come morning when my husband gets up for work, he jumps into bed with me if I'm still there.
He's a great companion and is becoming a good watch dog. He barks and sometimes even growls when he hears someone outside. But has never showed signs of being aggressive towards us or strangers.

Oreo, the cat born around 1994
We adopted Oreo from a privately owned shelter. He's black & white, and has long hair.
 He's quiet, and only comes to me. Oreo can be so quiet at times, you don't even know he's around LOL. But he's too sweet to forget.

Molly, the cat born summer of 2001
My cousin's cat had kitten. They found homes for all of them, except for Molly. So my mom asked my young son if he wanted a kitten, and that's all it took :-) I wasn't planning on having another cat, but once Molly came into our lives, I couldn't resist. She's very active, loves to play and chase anything that moves!

Nikitia, a Giant Schnauzer, born Dec. 1988 - 2001
Nikitia was my first dog that I owned since I got married. He's was very smart, but he also became aggressive over the last few years. Nikitia died this year he had a large in-operable tumor on his kidney. I miss him very much. But I know he's in a better life and pain-free.
