Commentary: Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Another new week another new No. 1, this time from Winnipeg's Paper Moon, whose catchy and enthralling "String Of Blinking Lights" finally captures the top spot after weeks sitting in second to The Never Ending White Lights and The All-American Rejects. It does have a challenge though- AFI's "Love Like Winter" is No. 3 and charging fast, as is Dragonforce's "Through The Fire And Flames" at No. 5.
As far as new entries go, eight new adds enter the charts. The first is The Fray with "How To Save A Life" at No. 31, with the somber, reflective track quickly becoming a contender for single of the year. Jojo's catchy "Too Little Too Late" is up next at No. 32, MSTRKRFT's interesting, T. Raumschmiere-inspired "Work On You" follows at No. 33, Alexisonfire's powerful "This Could Be Anywhere In The World"- easily the band's best single and a sign of potential fulfilled- clocks in at No. 34, and The Bodyrockers with their very danceable smash "I Like The Way" at No. 35. Further down, it's Zero 7's sultry "You're My Flame" clocks in at No. 40, Evanescence's powerful "Call Me When You're Sober at No. 43 and Original Recipe's dark "The Chase", sneaking in at No. 44.
