Commentary: Five new entries, the same two songs at No. 1 and No. 2, and quite a bit of movement mark the second "official" chart of the summer.

Tops along the new entries is Billy Talent's "Devil In A Midnight Mass", their most inspired work ever, in at No. 3, while right behind them is the equally incredible "Crazy" from promising act Gnarls Barkley. Both of those songs would be No. 1 if it weren't for The Never Ending White Lights and Cascada in what is quickly being 2006's best singles. Also in this week are Dala's "Drive-Thru Summer" (finally getting a crack at the can), Katatonia's driving and catchy "My Twin" and James Blunt's personal and touching "High", in at Nos. 10, 11 and 14 respectively.

New to the Playlist is Toby Keith's '80s-ish "A Little Too Late", which isn't his best work but still a good song and worthy of at least a few spins, and Panic! At The Disco's fun ode to barely-legal "courtships" in "But It's Better If You Do", their follow-up to the impressive "I Write Sins Not Tragedies". Look for both new adds to eventually challenge for chart positions.

That's the chart. See you in two weeks.
