Travelling west from Haverfordwest on the A487, towards St Davids and about 5 miles after Newgale you will pass through this pretty little village.
There are not many shops, just a few selling crafts and souvenirs, but it is worth stopping to see the natural harbour (better at high tide)
There is a car park on the harbour with a  nice pub if you need to quench you thirst.
There are also some nice walks over the headland to the open sea.

The few shops in Solva. The blue building on  the right in the background is very popular for Welsh gifts.
