Freshwater East has a clean sandy beach like most beaches in this part of Wales.
The sea is crystal clear ,but can be a tad cold for bathing for us oldies, but ideal for children.
As you enter Freshwater down a steep hill a large pay and display car park is on your right.
The beach is approx 100 yds from the car park. As you enter the beach through a gap in the sand dunes, the first view you will see is the one above, Pembrokeshire's beautiful coastline.
My only personal dislike is the "Holiday Village"on the right as you as you enter Freshwater. The design of the buildings leaves a lot to be desired! Apart from that it has an unspoilt beach and worth a visit.
Car parking is good, there are toilets, and
a small shop selling buckets and spades, ice cream and refreshments.
