I've been to see the Paulding Lights twice. Since I don't have any pictures of actual lights, I'll just post a few links. The second time I learned a lot, like the lights visible every night are just car lights on the horizon, the orbs are much more rare.

Robbins Pond Campground is the nearest open campground to Paulding Lights (there is one closer on the highway, but it was closed due to lack of funding).  Robbins Pond has three campsites, bring your own drinking water. It is very quiet, on the banks of Robbin's Pond and the camping was free. I liked the campground a lot - it was very peaceful.
Burned Dam Falls Campground is located SE of Paulding and NE of Watersmeet. There are several campsites and a hand-pump well next to the river. The falls were beautiful and the campsites were small but private. We had lunch at one of the campsites and played some cribbage. Several Gray Jays visited us and quickly ate the bread crumbs we threw to them.
This is me standing in-front of the Paulding Light sign..

The red and white lights way off on the horizon are not the orbs!!!
The pond is 3 acres in size, maximum depth of 6', and has a small impoundment at the outlet. The water spilling over the impoundment flows out in a small stream which can be seen when you walk to the dam.
