Superettan 2005
Back to the Clas Glenning homepage
Info: From 2006 there is a new structure in Swedish mens football. 1st and 2nd level are unchanged. The 3rd level is cut down from 6 groups of 12 to 2 groups of 14 teams each. This new 3rd level will be called Ettan. 4th level and below are called division 2, division 3 and so on. The 4th level is cut down from 12 groups of 12 to 6 groups of 12 teams each. The regional level will start at 6th level (division 4) not 5th level as is the case now. That means that 5th level is cut from 37 groups of 8-14 teams each to 12 groups of 12 teams each. Subsequently there is no promotion from 4th level and down the 2005-season. Teams are only promoted from Superettan (2nd level) to Allsvenskan (1st level) and from division 2 (3rd level) to Superettan. Relegated2 in the tables below mean that the team in question is relegated two levels.
