NB 1: From this season on 3 points for a win.
NB 2: The structure of the swedish 2nd level is being altered 1991 into four groups (called
Norra, Östra, Västra & Södra) of eight teams each. See at the end of this file for exact group-
composition. Thus four teams are relegated from division 1 1990 and six promoted. Also, only
one team is promoted to Allsvenskan after playoff, and three are relegated from Allsvenskan.
There are some other changes as well, see the 1991 swedish second level file for more 
information.
