Promoted to division 2 Östra from division 3:
Örebro SK; Örebro FF & Åtvidabergs FF.
NB: Örebro SK won a playoff against IF Rune, Kungsör and was thus promoted.
After Skärblackas withdrawal the vacant spot was taken by the 2nd placed team
in Örebro SK's group; Örebro IK, as IF Rune declined promotion. Örebro IK later
joined forces with the 3rd level teams IFK Örebro and IK Svenske, Örebro to
form the new team Örebro FF. Åtvidabergs FF actually finished second in their
3rd level group, but the winners Waggeryds IK declined promotion so the
promotionspot instead went to Åtvidabergs FF.
