AKA Tiger Barb
This is another really good community fish and very popular in the fish trade. Tiger barbs do have a reputation for picking on the fins of other fish such as angel fish. Not a good idea to put in small angels or any other long fined fish with them, adult angels can take care of themselves. This is another schooling fish so its good to get 5 or so of them to start off with. Can be kept in small aquariums or very large ones. This fish comes from Indonesia.
