Ideas and Story Fragments by Chronos the Cat
Author's Note: I have more story ideas than I'll ever have time to write. Rather than keeping them to myself, I have decided to share some of them so others might have a chance to enjoy them and/or take them up. If you wish to work with one of these ideas, all I ask is that you credit me, and let me know where I can read the finished product.
Below are some of my ideas for crossover fan-fiction.
Two Series Crossover/Fusions:

Animorphs/Digimon: "Digimorphs: Digital Metamorphers"
Group of kids (Animorph team? Digi-destined? Amalgam of the two?) with ability to acquire the data of Digmon they touch, and transform into them. Fighting against Virus Digimon who can possess humans.

Animorphs/Pokemon: "Pokemorphs"
Kanto is being invaded by the Yeerks! Prince Elfangor encounters a group of kids (Animorph team? Ash & company? Amalgam?) and grants them the power of morphing. Group use the power to transform into Pokemon to fight the Yeerks!

Yeerks & Daemonites: A Match Made In Hell.

What if Bruce Wayne trained under Master Roshi?
Imagine a super-martial-artist Batman against his regular rogues' gallery... He could be even more help in the JLA... and what sort of training would he give his proteges?

A fusion of these two would work much better than Batman and Wolverine!
Bulwinkle Show / Chrono - “Peabody's Improbable History of Chrono Trigger”
(Peabody & Shermen visit time periods from Chrono Trigger, and help keep history on its' proper course.)

"WARNING: INCOMING GAME MASTER"
"Games" occur when worlds of Video Land intersect computer Systems.
When Bob and the other Mainframe heroes encounter the N-Team in a game, will the N-Team be able to overcome their pride to win and the Mainframers' mistrust, or will it be "Game Over" for one of the digital teams?
Carebears / Evangelion - “Care Genesis Evangebear”
The Carebears see how depressed and dark Gendo is, and use their Carebear Stare to heal him. He changes his plot from an end-of-the-world scenario to truly saving the world. Calls in Shinji and is super-kind to him. Explains fate of mother and nature of Rei to Shinji (and Rei) right off; recruits Carebears in attempts to rescue Yui.
Creates new form of Eva - everyone is shocked to see it, as it's based on Carebear DNA! Care-Eva uses its' care powers to turn the Angels kind, and Angels start helping humanity rebuild.

Chrono Cross / Legend of Zelda - The Legend of Zelda: Chrono Cross
Link is pulled into an alternate world where much is the same, and much is different... (Link to the Past / Majora's Mask)
Chrono Trigger / Dragonball - “World of the Apes”
What if a Lavoid descended on Planet Vegeta eons ago...? Chrono Trigger set in a world populated by Saiyans; leads to an altered DBZ story as Lavos - evolved Saiyans act differently than pure Saiyans...
Chrono Trigger / El Goonish Shive - “El Goonish Trigger”
Fusion: Tedd = Lucca, Crono = Elliot.. Magus = Lord Tedd?
Chrono Trigger / Legend of Zelda - The Legend of Zelda: Chrono Trigger
Link, "Zelda" (Nadia) and Lucca travel through time to the various eras of Hyrule, in an effort to prevent the dark future where Ganon rules!

Chrono Trigger / Metroid
Lavos is but one interplanetary menace to plague the Earth. To prevent the spread of X, time travel must be used!
...Samus could be Marle, or could have escaped the Lavos-ravaged Earth to be raised by Chozo.
...Connection between ancient Chozo and Zeal? Between Ridley/Kraid and the Reptites/Dragons? Between energy-draining Metroids and planet draining Lavosoids?
Chrono / Terminator - “Mother to the Machines”:
Even without Lavos, the Machines still take over. Someone decides to go back in time and eliminate the "mother" of Robots and sentient computers, Lucca Ashtear. To protect the timeline, Mother Brain / FATE sends a Terminator back in time to protect Lucca!
However, this adventure will lead Lucca to create a weapon against the Machines - Codename: Prometheus.

A group of kids discover a hidden super-computer with a bunch of people hooked up to it. An artificial intelligence in the computer, Xana, is sending out robots to kidnap people to add to its' collection, with the goal of eventually hooking up the entire human race to this "Matrix". The kids must enter the Matrix and battle within the virtual world of Lyoko to free the captives before the super-computer (and with it, Xana) can be shut down.

Fusion: Tedd = Harry, Damion = Voldemort
Crossover A: Nanase in American Wizarding school; Ellen invited to attend? Story involving events surrounding transfer of Dewitchery diamond to England.
Crossover B: The gang all attend Moperville Magic School. Mr. Verres works in the MIB: Magical Intelligence Bureau. Germahn Labs is a center for techno-magical research.
El Goonish Shive Meets Ranma ½ - “Half-Sister”:
(After the failed Wedding; after "Sister" but before "Grace's Birthday Party".)
Ranma comes to Moperville looking for the Dewitchery Diamond. Gains the ability to change genders at will, but the entirely female "Ranko" is created as well. (And a Neko-Ranma?) Ranko can pass on the Curse of the Spring of Drowned Girl somehow.
Ranko doesn't want to live somewhere where she'll be reminded of what she's lost, so Mr. Verres sets her up as an "exchange student", and she ends up staying with one of the cast. (I'm leaning towards Susan, but the Kitsune family would be interesting as well. The Dunkles have all they can handle, while we don't know enough about Sarah or Justin's family; so they're out.)
Trains at the Anime Dojo, but she has more to teach Greg than he has to teach her. Susan teaches her the Hammers. (MNHS or MSHS depends on which family staying with, unless timing is right for her to start school alongside Ellen & Grace.)
El Goonish Shive Meets Ranma ½ - “Fiance?!”:
Genma takes Ranma to America to meet his fiance. (Either the Tendos live in Moperville, or Ranma is engaged to an EGS cast member - Nanase, perhaps?) Predictable hi-jinks ensue.
El Goonish Shive / Sonic X - “El Goonish Sonic X”
Heroes of Sonic X wind up in Moperville rather than Station Square. Cast of EGS gets Mobian forms.

Genma Possible returns home to Middleton with his teenaged son. It's time to get reacquainted with his wife and the twins, as well as his old friend Soun. Now, if all goes well, Ranma will fall in love with one of Soun's daughters and get married, continuing the Anything Goes school
But Ranma has been cursed to change into a girl... and "Kim" has made friends with a boy named Ron Stoppable. Are they just friends, or is it something more? And what will happen when she starts using her martial arts skills to save the world?

Drakken playing around with Pan-dimensional-vortex Inducer, and accidentally opens a portal to Dimension X... End result: the return of Shredder, Krang, Bebop, & Rocksteady!

What if the Agents and MIB were the same? Will Smith gets recruited, learns superhuman powers like the Matrix crew. Fight not only against rebels but other disruptions - "aliens" are actually Viruses, rouge programs, and corrupted (digitally mutated) programs and people.
Matrix / Reboot - Reboot the Matrix
What would the world of Reboot be like if it was set in the computers of the Machines? (Oh, and is it just a coincidence the Web Creatures and the Sentinels look so similar...?)

Robotnik discovered the technology of the Matrix from just after the first Day of Fury, and used it in his subjugation of Mobius. All Mobians, instead of being roboticized, are plugged into the Matrix. After being captured, the Knothole Freedom Fighters think they've won, until another Freedom Fighter group contacts them and reveals that the Knothole group was merely added to the Matrix.

"Metroid". Old Bird and Samus are sent to Zebes to destroy
the Metroid, the base, and Ridley!
