When I opened this CD, I was struck by the fact that after over 30 years in the business, after being one of the most influencial musicians in Newfoundland, after working with the biggest and brightest names to come out of the rock, this was Sandy Morris' First Solo CD!
Songs from Land & Sea is a collection of original tunes written and produced by Sandy for the CBC Television show, and Newfoundland standard, Land And Sea. It is a reflective look at the beauty this province has to offer, through the musical mind of one of our best.
