oxalic acid can cause kidney and bladder stones in some if taken in
large amounts and it inhibits the absorption of iron and calcium
raspberry leaf tea:
raspberry leaves
boiling water
honey
mint or lemon balm
let infuse for 15 minutes and sweeten with honey
