Cavalier
puppies are absolutely irresistible little
bundles of love and fun. They are bred to be a companion, which
will hopefully be an important member of your family for at
least 10 years, so it is well worth making the effort
to seek out a responsible breeder for your new
puppy. A dedicated breeder will have spent much
time researching the pedigrees and health
backgrounds of their own breeding stock, and outside lines which
they use. They will have bred and
raised their pups to be happy, healthy and long-living,
and will have socialised them so that they fit into your household. A good breeder will
enjoy hearing about how your puppy has settled into
its carefully selected new home, and will be happy to offer advice when you need it..
As
a potential owner, you should be asking a lot of
questions of any breeder you are considering
purchasing from, and the breeder should be happy
to help you. On the Links page, you will see
reference to a website called "Thinking of
Buying a Cavalier". Please take the time to
visit this website, as it has a lot of useful
information for new puppy buyers.
My
pups are born and raised in my home, where all of
my dogs live, and are introduced to the normal
household sounds and routines from a very early
age. As I breed rarely (once or twice a year), I
don't often have pups available. Those pups which do go into pet homes, are
strictly not to be bred from and must be desexed. I
welcome email enquiries about Cavaliers, but do not sell over
the internet or ship overseas.
I am always happy to
help prospective owners with their questions, so
feel free to email me, if you need advice on choosing a suitable puppy.
