The eldest and wisest Halliwell sister is awarded to sites with at least twenty pages of good content. These sites must be attractive and look as though a lot of work has gone into them.
The middle Halliwell sister goes to site that are soon to become gold. They need at least ten pages of good content that show how hard the webmaster has worked.
New Charmed site can win the bronze award. You need at least five pages of good content and a good amount of effort put into the site for this award.
The new girl on Charmed welcomes all newcomers to the wonderful world-wide existence of the show. All site, even if they only have a name in one corner of one page, recieve this award.
