Career Highlights:

1999:

 - Despite missing six complete games, completed 128 of 214 pass attempts (59.8), with 11 TD passes.

 - Announced retirement February 4, 2000.

1998:

 - Despite missing five complete games, completed 178 of 326 pass attempts (54.6), and 21 TD passes.

1997:

 - Led the Als to the best record in the team's history (13-5).

 - Led the team to the East Division final.

 - In the regular season, completed 261 of 460 passes for gains of 3687 yards and 23 Tds.

 - Efficiency rating was 56.7 percent and his INT/attempts ratio was one of the league's lowest at 2.6 percent.

 - Ran 82 times with the ball on 584 yards and scored six touchdowns.

 - In one of his best games of the season against Saskatchewan (Oct.3), completed 27 of 46 passes for 434 yards,

   three Tds and two INTs.

1996:

 - Led the Als to a club record 12 wins (6 losses) and led all QBs with a 98.2 efficiency rating.

 - Completed 229 of 397 pass attempts for 3313 Yds, 28 TD and 10 INT.

 - Was the team's second leading rusher with 603 yards on 75 carries and 4 TDs.

 - Threw for a season high 362 yards and 3 TDs, completing 19 of 28 passes vs. Hamilton (Sept. 29).

 - Had five three TD passing games.

1995:

 - Led the Stallions to a 15-3 record.

 - Passed for 3,357 yards with 21 touchdowns and 14 interceptions.

 - Also rushed for 610 yards and four TD's.

 - Passed for a season high 315 yards in win over Birmingham (Sept. 9).

 - Offensive Player of the Week following wins over San Antonio (July 8) and Birmingham (Sept 9).

 - In the playoffs, completed 39 of 67 passes for 566 yards and rushed for 103 yards with two TDs.

 - MVP of the Grey Cup leading Baltimore over Calgary (completed 17 of 29 passes for 213 yards and rushed for 24

    yards, including a one-yard TD scamper in the 3rd quarter).

1994:

 - Second ranked passer in CFL with 4,348 yards (just 18 yards shy of his career best) with 30 TDs and a league low 13

   interceptions.

 - Had 107.2 efficiency rating.

 - Rushed for 613 yards.

1993:

 - Traded to the Argos from Edmonton in the largest transaction in professional sports history (eight-for-eight).

 - Passed for 2,142 yards for the Argonauts.

1992:

 - The league's premier passer with a 91.5 efficiency rating.

 - Threw for 3,655 yards and 30 TD's, while rushing for 655 yards as Edmonton made the Western Final.

1991:

 - Tied Eskimos record with five TD passes (vs Toronto, Aug 21).

 - Third in the league with 31 TDs and 3,862 passing yards.

 - Rushed for 998 yards.

 - Set then-record for most yards rushing by a QB in a game with 166.

1990:

 - Set record for yards rushing by a QB (1,096)

 - Led the league with 36 TD passes, leading the Eskimos to the Grey Cup.

1989:

 - Became the first QB to rush for at least 1,000 yards (1,005) while passing for a career high 4,366 yards.

 - Unanimous All-CFL selection and MVP of the Western Division.

 - The CFL's Most Outstanding Player.

1988:

 - Threw for 2,840 yards and rushed for over 600 yards in his first year as a starter.

1987:

 - Drafted in the 9th round by the Los Angeles Rams as a running back.

 - Third-string QB behind Matt Dunigan and Damon Allen for the Grey Cup champion Eskimos.

 

 

College Highlights:

 - Led Georgia Southern to two Division I-AA championships (1985, 1986).

 - The only player in college football history to rush for more than 3,000 yards and pass for over 5,000 yards.

 - The only QB in I-AA history to rush for at least 1,000 yards in a single season.

 - Had 14 100-yard rushing games in his career.

 - Still holds over 50 school records.

 - Offense re-named "the Ham-Bone" during his tenure.

 

 

Personal Highlights:

 - Tracy and his wife Valarie have two sons, Tracy II and Caleb.

 - Earned his degree in sports recreation from Georgia Southern.
