RYAN, JOSEPH B.* (Elected as a Builder, November 28, 1968.)

Rendered his services and helped construct strong franchises in Winnipeg, Montreal and 

Edmonton.  He engineered the amalgamation of the Winnipeg Rugby Club and St. John's, so 

that by 1935 the Grey Cup went to Winnipeg.
