Most Outstanding Rookie: West Division
Awarded annually to the Most Outstanding Rookie in the Western Division.  Prior to 1974, the top 
rookie award was the Dr. Beattie Martin Trophy.  In 1995 the Award was presented to the Most 
Outstanding Rookie in the Northern Division.
