A portion of information pertaining to the mind control stalking of Guy Harel, a French Canadian.  Some of the material he sent me was in French, which seems to be his primary language, rather than English.  Hence a certain amount of grammatical inaccuracy can be forgiven.  The account smacks of genuineness to me because of all of the body effects he is able to describe, which I also confirm.   Confirmed as well are harassment attempts to induce suicides by assailants, related by many victims who are able to report on these spy networks when crazy-driving and exposure to radiation fail to smudge their memories.
