These parties have burned people with lasers, exposed them to massive
doses of radiation, virtually raped them, stalked them to no end, tampered with
all of their victims' bodily functions using these radionic weapons, bombarded
them with harassing noise and privacy invasion indefinitely, and horribly
terrorized their prey, with absolutely no penalty.
