Arthur Christopher Orme Plummer was born in Toronto Ontario in 1929. This veteran actor has had over 100 movie roles (He even played an American President in the movie Winchell.). His SF roles include General Chang in Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country, Dr. Goines in the critically acclaimed Twelve Monkeys, and John Klaxon in Harrison Bergeron. Other SF movies include Dreamscape, Starcrash and Lightyears.
