After Martha’s death, George moved sometime between 1885 and 1916 to Montana with son William Charles and settled on patent Government land in the County of Phillips. This patent contained 320 acres. In 17 July 1916, he deeded this land to son Charles for One Dollar and other valuable consideration. Then in September 1921, Charles W. Morris and wife Ethel M. Morris sold this land to J. E. Arnot of Saco, Montana. It appears that Charles was then living in County of Barron, State of Wisconsin.
