Still west of all these, Isaac Morris, father of Benjamin Morris, of the Green Tree neighborhood, settled with a large family, as early as 1798, in that neighborhood. He then had three married sons, who settled immediately round him--John, Benjamin and Robert. North of Mr. Morris, at an earlier date, Aaron Hunt, father of Spencer Hunt, settled on the farm now owned by the latter and east of him, about the same time, Ithamer Drake, and soon after, Thomas Humphrey--the first on what has since been known as the Coffeen farm, and the last where Thomas Humphrey, Jrn'r, lives. . . "

Per Wildbores of America, " Henry Wilbore of Dartmouth sold to his son Jonathan Wilbore land on Nonquit Neck, which he called his homestead farm of 220 acres, which he bouth of Holder Slocum. In 1771, February 5, Jonathan Wilbore sold part of this farm (52 acres) to Holder Slocum."
