The evidence shoed that the Masons were married on July 23, 1889, and that the action for divorce was brought in June of the present year. Desertion of more than two years duration on the part of the wife was proven to the satisfaction of the court, and the marriage relations of the couple were therefore dissolved. Geo. W. Jenkins appeared for the plaintiff."
