ARTHUR HERRMAN Mrs. Arthur (Alma) Herrmann, age 40, died Wednesday at Tigerton after an illness of seven months. She was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. John Gara, of the town of Bartelme and her father is deceased. Her mother and stepfather, Mr. & Mrs. Richard Damrau, reside at Bowler. She was born Dec. 14, 1914 in the town of Seneca where the family lived five years, then moved to Milwaukee, where they lived one year and moved back to the town of Bartelme where she attended the Elm Grove School. On Dec. 4, 1934, she was married in Shawano, and after marriage lived in the town of Seneca. They moved to Chicago in 1936 and lived there until 1945. Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter (Dorothy Mae) Mrs. William Richling of Appleton. There are 2 grandchildren. Surviving sisters and brothers are Mrs. Frank Igl of Antigo, John Gara of New London and Irvin of Milwaukee. The services will be held at 2 PM on May 7 at the St. Matthew's Lutheran church in Bowler. Burial will be in the Tilleda cemetery."3Obituary.
