Obituary
Mrs. A. Fleischman Dies at Age 55
Mrs. Albert Fleischman, 55, of the town of Rolling, died suddenly at 1 a.m. today at the Langlade County Memorial hospital.
Born Barbara Markraf [sic - Markgraf], Nov. 27, 1900, in Antigo, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Markgraf, she married Albert Fleischman Nov. 26, 1917 at St. John's Catholic church. She was a member of St. John's church and the Christian Mothers and Altar Society of the church.
Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Wild and Mrs. Irene Grall and two sons, Leonard and Vernon Fleischman, Antigo. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; her father, John Markgraf; a sister, Miss Ann Markgraf and two brothers, Frank Markgraf and John Markgraf Jr., Antigo.
She was preceded in death by her mother in 1935; a son, Albert and one sister, in infancy.
Funeral services will be held 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Catholic church with the Rev. Leo Binder officiating. Interment will be in the Queen of Peace cemetery.
Friends may call at the McCandless-Zobel and Bradley funeral home from 7 p.m. today until time of services. The rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Christian Mothers and Altar Society will meet at the church to attend funeral services in a body.
