Burial will be in Queen of Peace cemetery.Friends may call at the McCandless-Zobel and Bradley funeral home where the rosary will be said at 8 tonight by the parish and the Holy Name Society.The deceased was born Feb. 14, 1885, in Germany, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Knott. At the age of five years he came to this country with his parents, locating on a farm in the town of Rolling.He was married July 1, 1909 at St. John's Catholic church to Catherine Schelebauer [Schedlbauer].Prior to his marriage, Mr. Knott was a partner in operation of the Farmers Home tavern in Antigo. Later he sold his interest in the tavern and was employed for a time by the Crocker Chair company here. For many years before retiring in 1951, he was employed by the Nielson Coal company.Mr. Knott was a member of St. John's Catholic church and the Holy Name Society of the Church.Surviving are a daughter and son, Mrs. Christ (Mildred) Hubatch and Herbert, both of Antigo; a sister, Mrs. Thesesa Beron of Duluth, Minn.; six grandchildren.His wife died April 24, 1951 and a daughter and a son died in infancy. Death was caused by dropsy. Mr. Hubatch came to this country from Austria 21 years ago and has made his home with his youngest son, Frank.Those surviving his death are: four daughters, Mrs. Wenzel Hueler [Holler] of Austria, Mrs. J. Seis and Mrs. J. Marktras [Markgraf] of town of Rolling and Mrs. W. Schiedleouer [Schedlbauer] of Antigo; three sons, George, Robert and Frank of Town of Rolling and one sister, Mrs. J.
