1Obituary.
Graveside services were held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, Nov 5th 1996 at Emmett Cemetery, with Pastor Tim Moen conducting. Arrangement were under the direction of the Potter Funeral Chapel. Harveywas born 20 November 1918, In Omaha, Nebraska to Walter "Doc" and Irene Green Miller. He was raised and educated in Nebraska. In 1936 he married Evelyn Hansen. They had a son, Ralph Roy Miller, and later divorced. On 26 June 1940, he married Alice Marie Pierce, together they had 12 children, Harvey worked for Missouri Valley Construction Company and later for an alfalfa mill in Brule Nebraska. Afterward he was self employed. He moved his family to Idaho in 1969, where they settled in the Emmett Valley. Harvey is survived by five sons and seven daughter andtheir spouses: Ralph Roy Miller (Vernel) Devney of Omaha Neb, Walter Roy (Barbara) Miller of Council Bluffs, Idaho, Glen (Vickie) Miller of Nampa Idaho, Billy Dean (Marcie)Miller of Newport Iowa, Freddie Manning (Jackie)Miller of Nampa Idaho, Beverly Ann and Alfred Ward of Nampa Idaho, NormaJean and Roy Call of Sidney Neb, Mary Alice and Jim Moore of York Neb, Peggy Jo and Leslie Walliser of Nampa, Idaho, Barbar Mae Miller of AshtonI daho, Margie Marie and Steven Wade of Emmett, Idaho, Donn Lee Pierce o fEmmett Idaho, a son-in-law Sandy Wade of Emmett, A brother Norman Lynn Miller of Ava Missouri, 48 grandchildren, six sisters, 5 brothers, his wife, Alice, who died in 1988, a son Harvey M Miller, a daughter Irene Wade, two grandchildren and one great grandchild."
