Survivors include a daughter, Alice M. LaFrance of Randolph Center; a son, Robert W. Eddy of S helburne; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, who died in 1984; a sister, Pearl C. Stone; and two brothers, Azem Churchill and Warren Churchill. The funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Brandon Congregational Church by the Rev. Ri chard White, pastor. A graveside committal service and burial will follow in Mountain ViewCemetery in Orwell. A reception will be heldin the church hall after the service. Calling hours will be held Friday from 3 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.at the Miller & Ketcham Funeral Home, where members of Marble Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, will conduct a serviceat 8:30 p.m. Contributions may be made to the Brandon Area Rescue Squad, P.O.Box 23 2, Brandon, or to the Brandon Congregational Church, Memorial Fund, 74 Park St. , Brandon, 05733. "Viola Churchill Eddy, 91, died Sept.6, 2000, at her home. She was born Feb. 24, 1909, in North Chittenden, daughter of Belaand Alice (Huntoon) Churchill. She earned her early education in Chittenden schools and laterattended Brandon High School. She was married to Guy M. Eddy on June 2, 1928. Mrs. Eddy was the oldest member of the Brandon CongregationalChurch, having attended for 72 year s. She was a longtime member of theChurch Women's Association and the Church Couples Club. She was a member and past matron of Marble Chapter 80, Orderof the Eastern Star, and past district deputy grand matron.
BRANDON - The funeral service for Viola Churchill Eddy, 91,who died Sept. 6, 2000, at her home, was held Saturday at 11 a.m. at theBrandon Congregational Church by the Rev. Richard White, pastor. Agraveside committal service and burial fol lowed in Mountain ViewCemetery in Orwell. Organist was Jean Childers and soloist was Bette Moffett, both of Brandon. Bearers were Newton Wetmore of North Chittenden, Bob Ripley ofBrandon, Ed Little of Mendon, Brad G irffin of Lake Placid, N.Y., TerryRacine of Leicester and Bud Coolidge of Brandon. A reception was held for friends at the church hall following th ecommittal service. Worthy Matron Donna Wyman and members of Marble Chapter 80, OES, conducted a service Friday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements were under the direction of the Miller & KetchamFuneral Hom e in Brandon."

BRANDON - Laura Frances Severy, 89, died Jan. 13, 2006, at her home. She was born Aug. 20, 1916, in Chittenden, the daughter of Newton and Reba (Churchill) Wetmore.
She graduated from Brandon High School in 1934.
She married Elmer Severy on April 17, 1937, in Glens Falls, N.Y. He died in 1996.
Mrs. Severy worked as a cook for Otter Valley Union High School for more than 25 years, retiring in 1985.

"LAURA FRANCES SEVERY BRANDON — Laura Frances Severy, age 89, died Jan. 13, 2006, at her home in Brandon. Mrs. Severy was born in Chittenden on Aug. 20, 1916. She graduated from Brandon High School, Class of 1934. She married Elmer “Curley“ Severy on April 17, 1937. Mr. Severy died May 25, 1996. She retired in 1985 following more than 25 years as head of the Hot Lunch Program at Otter Valley Union High School. Surviving are four daughters, Lorraine Molloy of Granby, Conn., Alberta Culley and husband Thomas of Avon, Conn., Rita Fallon and husband John of Weybridge, and Lynn Nielsen and husband Philip of Aurora. Colo.; one brother, Newton Wetmore of North Chittenden; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also predeceased by a sister, Hope Hubby; and sonin-law Brendan Molloy. Funeral services will be Monday, Jan. 16, at 11 a.m. in The Brandon United Methodist Church. Private burial will be in the spring in Evergreen Cemetery in Pittsford. Friends may call at Miller & Ketcham Funeral Home on Sunday, Jan. 15, from 3 to 6 p.m. Memorial gifts may be made to Brandon Area Rescue Squad, P.O.
