Fleischmann, Mathias "Matthew" At the age of 52 years, Mathew Fleischman [Fleischmann], one of the pioneer farmers of Langlade county, died at his home in the town of Norwood, on Monday of this week. He enjoyed a large acquaintance in this vicinity on account of his long residence and was highly spoken of by all who knew him. He leaves a wife and several grown-up children to mourn his loss. Funeral services were held from St. John's Catholic church Wednesday morning, Rev. Kolar conducting the services."7Langlade County Death Certificate.

"Rolling Woman Died Last Night
Mrs. Barbara Drexler died last night after prolonged illness - will be buried next Sunday
Mrs. Barbara Drexler, wife of Wenzel Drexler of the town of Rolling died last night at seven o'clock after a prolonged illness from Bright's disease. The funeral will be held Monday Morning at 10 o'clock from the St. John's Catholic church.
Mrs. Drexler was born in Bohemia, Nov. 4, 1865. She came to this country twenty-six years, settling in Antigo. She was married to Mr. Drexler twenty-five years ago. Twenty-two years ago, Mr. and Mrs. Drexler moved to a farm in the town of Rolling 3 1/2 miles southwest of this city where they have since resided.
The deceased is survied by her father, Robert Paa of the town of Harrison, her husband and five children, Mrs. Paul Fleischman, Joseph, James, Barbara and Anton, and one sister Mrs. George Sailer, of Antigo."
