Frisch, 81, 304 Elm St., Whiting, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2001, at Family Heritage Medical and Rehab Center in Wisconsin Rapids.Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stevens Point, with the Rev. Alan Burkhardt officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Shuda Funeral Chapel and from 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the church until the services. A rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral chapel.Memorials may be directed to the charity of one's choice in lieu of flowers.Mr. Frisch was born Sept. 1, 1920, in Antigo, a son of the late Felix W. and Barbara (Drexler) Frisch Sr. He attended Antigo Schools.He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving with Anti-Tank Company 382. He entered the service at Fort Sheridan, Ill., on Feb. 3, 1945, and received his discharge on Jan. 19, 1946, at Camp McCoy. He received the Asiatic Pacific Theater Service Medal.He was married to Ruth Schisel on Oct. 18, 1941. She died March 28, 1974.He was a mechanic in Antigo and went to work for United Parcel Service on May 10, 1965, moving to Stevens Point in 1966. He retired from UPS on Aug. 16, 1985.He was married to Stella Southern on June 12, 1976, in Stevens Point.He was a volunteer at the Veterans Home in King, a past usher at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stevens Point and St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Weyauwega and in charge of volunteers for the VFW at the Iola Car Show.He was a member of American Legion Post 391 in Fremont, a lifetime member of VFW Post 10407 in Weyauwega and a member of Cootie Pup Tent 38 in Wild Rose.Survivors include his wife; seven daughters, Gloria Smith and Donna (Denis) Laddusire, both of Rhinelander, Mary Ann (James) Peskie, Marshfield, Nancy (Eric) Anderson, Fond du Lac, and Theresa (Ronald) Ryskoski, Alice "Sugar" (Keith) Rutta and Debra Frisch, all of Stevens Point; three sons, Alvin (Connie), Vicksburg, Mich., Richard, Almond, and Randal (Kathleen), Plover; two stepdaughters, Lynda (Mark) Miller and Sue Kranski, both of Plover; one stepson, William Southern, Clintonville; three brothers, Louis (Viola), Milwaukee, Henry (Rosemary), Nekoosa, and John, Wausau; 26 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.He was also preceded in death by one sister, Violet Freiberger."5Paul Depuydt, Fam. "Mrs. Felix Frisch-
Mrs. Felix Frisch, 48, 1833 Gilkay St., died Thursday evening at St. Michael's Hospital, where she had been a patient for the past two weeks. She had been ill for 1 & 1/2 years.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, with the Rev. James Falconer officiating. The Rev. Samuel Rogers. St. Augustine Church, Rhinelander, will assist with the services and give the sermon. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the Shuda Funeral Chapel. The auxiliary to General McGlachlin Post 568, Veterans of Foreign Wars, will hold a ritual at 7 p.m. St. Ann's Society of St. Joseph's Church will pray with the general rosary at 7:30 p.m.
The former Ruth Schisel wias born June 29, 1925, in Antigo, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wolfgang Schisel. She attended schools in Antigo and married Felix Frisch there on Oct. 18, 1941.
The couple lived in [A]ntigo until moving to Rhinelander in 1948, and came to Stevens Point in 1965.
Mrs. Frisch was employed at Herrschner's Inc. from 1970 until her illnes. Her husband is employed as a mechanic for United Parcel Service.
Suvivors inclde seven daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Gloria Smith and Mrs. Dennis (Donna) Laddusire, both of Rhinelander, Mrs. James (Mary Ann) Peskie, Route 1, Stevens Point, Mrs. Ronald (Theresa) Ryskoski, 2500 Ellis St., Mrs Robert (Nancy) Cisewski, 3001 Church St., and Sugar and Debra, both at home; three sons, Alvin Frisch, Kalamazoo, Mich., Richard, 1725 patch St., and Randal, at home, and three grandchildren.
Also surbviving are seven sisters. . . and two brothers. . ..

He then moved to Antigo where he had resided since.He was a member of St. John's Catholic church, Antigo, and a member of the Holy Name Society of the church.He is also survived by two daughters, Mrs. George (Elizabeth) Hunt, Aniwa, and Mrs. Herman (Virginia) Oesterreich, route 2, Clintonville; two sons, Wenzel Jr., Detroit, Mich., and Bernard, White Lake; on brother Anton Drexler Sr., Antigo; 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.Mr. Drexler was preceded in death by a brother Joseph and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Fleischman and Mrs. Barbara Frisch.Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. John's Catholic church with the Rev.
