THE PARTY

The Day Out

Indulge yourself and your friends. Try one of the following options:

• A trip to the beautician. Relax and enjoy professional facial and body massage. Treat yourself to a facial mask, manicure or pedicure. Perhaps try the solarium or aromatherapy.  Just simply pamper yourself. For a list of beauticians in your local area, try our Beautician Business Directory listing.
  

• For a guilt free day take the girls to the local gymnasium. Visit the cardio room and cycle, step and row away your worries. Then treat yourself to a spa and/or sauna. Some gyms even have their own masseurs to relax those weary muscles.
  

• Visit a massage therapist or have one come to your place.

The Night

Everyone should be relaxed after the days activities so head back to your house (ensure the guys are elsewhere) and bring out the wine, champagne or even whip up some cocktails (click here for our favourite cocktails). Simple finger food (pre prepared would be best) should suffice for the night. Don't forget to light up some insence or oil burners.

Entertainment ideas:

• Play music from your High School days.

• Hire a video starring the girls favourite hunk.

• Make a prank phone call or burn something from a man who has hurt you.

• Try some belly dancing.
