Sydney Thunder continued its impressive form with a convincing win against the Adelaide Strikers in its previous match. That win took it to fourth on the BBL 2021-22 league standings with four wins from seven matches. Now, its next match is also against the same opponent, the Adelaide Striker.
Fans of the Adelaide Strikers will be hoping that things are different in 2022 as their team continues to hug the bottom of the standings with just one win from seven matches. Qualification for the playoffs looks a distant dream right now but things can change quickly.
