The Hundred 2021 has been a huge success so far. The format is not dramatically different to T20 cricket but it does have a bit of urgency to it that makes the game move faster. We know how dangerous and dynamic Birmingham Phoenix can be with its batting. Liam Livingstone and Moeen Ali are two of the most dangerous batters in English white ball cricket at the moment. They are both in great form and also contribute in the bowling.
Neither of them is a part of the England Test squad and will be a part of this match as well.
Finn Allen, Miles Hammond, and Delray Rawlins have been a bit disappointing in the Hundred so far. The batting lineup for Birmingham Phoenix is not quite living up to its expectations just yet.
It can be easy for the team to just depend on performances from Livingstone and Ali but that is a dangerous road to go down on.
