Evin Lewis scored a century from just 52 balls and made a target of 160 look like a walk in the park. TKR was blitzed in the previous match and there is not much that could have been done to stop Evin Lewis. However, we do think that they will once again be unhappy with the performance of their batsmen. No one scored a fifty and it was left to some lusty blows from Sunil Narine down the order that allowed them to get to 159.
Lendl Simmons, Colin Munro, Darren Bravo, Kieron Pollard, and Tim Seifert form a fantastic batting lineup on paper but they have not been able to deliver so far. We think if TKR has to win this match, then it will be on the back of its spinners.
Sunil Narine, Akeal Hossain, and hopefully Khary Pierre will make a comeback into the playing eleven. This is the sixth match on the surface in two days and that will surely take its toll on the pace of the wicket.
