The first match was won by India and it will also be the heavy favorite at every single cricket betting site to win this next match as well. In fact, the odds are so low that finding some value is not going to be easy.

Sri Lanka Women suffered a convincing 34 runs defeat against India Women in the previous match they played. That was while chasing down a small total of 134. This indicates that the track was not the easiest to bat on but we have no doubt Sri Lanka would have been disappointed with its effort.
The Sri Lankan team depends too heavily on Chamari Athapaththu for our liking. She is far and away the best batter in the Sri Lankan team and a world-renowned match-winner. She is not the most consistent player, though, and so the rest of the players have to step up.
Kavisha Dilhari seems to be the best of the rest of the batters. She does not have too many free-flowing strokes but does stick around and score runs more consistently than any other batter.
The rest of the batting is weak and could struggle. If you were to bet on the Sri Lankan batters, we recommend sticking with either Athapaththu or Dilhari.
Sri Lanka's bowlers did quite well in the opening match to keep a strong Indian batting unit to just 134. Ranasinghe and Ranaweera were the ones that ended up picking the wickets but Prabodhani, Sugandika Kumari, and the all-rounders also kept things tight.
The conditions seem to be likely to favor the slower bowlers and so Sri Lanka's bowlers should be able to do quite well in most matches.

India Women are experimenting with a different setup in this series. Jemimah Rodrigues has scored too many runs to be ignored anymore and even though her preferred opening slot is not available, she is playing at number 5. We like this move to be honest, since Rodrigues has the game to be able to adjust to any situation.
She ended up being the top scorer for India in the previous match as well.
There are plenty of other strong batters in the lineup as well. Shafali Verma, Smriti Mandhana, Sabbhineni Meghana, and Harmanpreet Kaur are all terrific players that can influence the game rapidly and decisively.
In terms of batting strength, India has the clear upper hand.
The Indian bowlers bowled tightly in the first match and kept the pressure up but they were also unable to get the wickets that they would have liked. Sri Lanka lost just five wickets in its entire inning and the fact that it still lost by 34 runs speaks more about their lack of intent than about the skill of the Indian bowlers.
India is clearly the superior side but the odds being offered are not the greatest. As a bettor, you must sometimes have the patience to wait for the right price before taking the risk.

The weather in Dambulla is clear and there is very little chance of rain forecast. The pitch was slow and took turn from the very start in the previous match and we think something similar is going to happen this time as well. Another relatively low-scoring match is likely in which something around 130 is going to be difficult to chase down.

We are going to bet on India Women to win. There is no question about the fact that India is the stronger team, however, the pre-match odds are just not good enough.
