Rajasthan Royals continued to tinker with their batting lineup in the previous match as Anuj Rawat got a chance to play. Of course, Jos Buttler played an inning of such brilliance that the rest of the batting lineup did not have to do anything much.
Now, the Rajasthan Royals have a much tougher task as they take on the Chennai Super Kings in IPl 2021. In our opinion, CSK has been the most improved team this season. It has been aggressive with the bat and backed its players to the hilt.
IPL match predictions are never as straightforward as they appear. We have seen 40% of the matches since 2019 being won by the underdog and that represents an excellent betting opportunity to make money.

Rajasthan Royals vs Chennai Super Kings IPL 2021 is going to be played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi on the 5th of May 2021.
Jos Buttler struck his first-ever T20 century in the previous match and helped the Royals reach a massive total. He is in good form and that immediately makes the Rajasthan Royals a formidable outfit. We have seen Jos Buttler go into run-scoring streaks in previous seasons of the IPL and it could easily happen again.
Ride the wave and look to bet on the ‘Over’ for bets like ‘Jos Buttler Total Runs’.
Sanju Samson is also batting quite well but the rest of the lineup is a bit thin. Yashasvi Jaiswal seems to have improved but he has to prove himself at this level, David Miller is just not given enough time to make a difference to the game, and Riyan Parag is a work in progress.
The Royals have a long batting lineup on paper but we have seen in IPL 2021 that a couple of wickets can really set them back. If The Royals can get their batting order right then they do have the players to be able to give any team a scare, but they almost seem reluctant to go hard at the opposition bowling.
The addition of Kartik Tyagi to the bowling lineup was another welcome change. He has genuine pace but lacks a bit of control. He is the kind of bowler that can get you early wickets and help dictate the outcome of the match.
Chris Morris has been taking wickets regularly and he is another player we recommend betting on. You can find very good betting markets available on Betway for Morris to take a wicket or even to both hit a six and take a wicket.
Mustafizur Rahman was brilliant in the previous match and if he can continue his good form then the Rajasthan Royals bowling lineup is quite potent. The lack of a top-notch spinner is obvious but Rahul Tewatia is not a bad option either.

If there is one team that is making the most of its resources so far then it is CSK.
Two losses to two of the strongest teams in IPL 2021 have been its only defeats but more than the results, it is the attitude of the players that has been refreshing.
A long batting line-up with some good players but not necessarily the biggest names in T20 cricket has played with complete freedom.
Ruturaj Gaikwad, Faf du Plessis, and Moeen Ali have been in terrific form. In fact, the addition of Ali had transformed the approach of the entire team. He goes after the bowling from the start and can be devastating on his day.
Bets like 'Highest opening partnership' and the 'Over' on 'Fall of 1st Wicket' are good options to consider.
Ali also adds a lot of balance to the team thanks to his bowling ability.
Of course, we have also seen terrific batting performances from Ravindra Jadeja and Ambati Rayadu as well. They seem to have been given the license to bag freely and are making the most of their opportunities.
We would happily take either of them on the 'To Hit A Six' bet.
CSK's bowling was put to the sword and that is where its weakness lies. Deepak Chahar is good with the new ball but becomes a liability if he does not get the early wickets.
Shardul Thakur has been very poor and Lungi Ngidi is not world-class either. A strong batting opposition can take CSK down.

Winning the toss in the evening games has been a huge advantage. There is a lot of dew and that can make life quite tough for the team that bowls second. Defending a total on a small ground is not easy at all. The team that bats second should be seen as having a huge advantage.

Delhi has been a great venue for the batsmen so far. We have seen scores of close to 220 scores in three of the previous four innings played there.

Also, the number of sixes hit in the matches has been staggering and so the Total Sixes in the Match O/U Bet is quite attractive too.
Bowlers that take the pace off the ball have the best chance of being successful.
Rajasthan Royals have won their previous two matches quite convincingly. We think they have got their batting line-up right and just need a few common-sense changes in the batting order to be even more dangerous.
More importantly, the Rajasthan Royals bowling lineup is in good form and has a number of bowlers adept at bowling off-pace cutters.
We think an upset is on the cards.
