London Spirit is out of the race for a place in the Hundred 2021 Playoffs but its opponent in this match, the Oval Invincibles, definitely is in the running. London Spirit has just one win from its six matches while the Oval Invincibles have won three out of their six.
Both these teams have two matches each remaining and the Oval Invincibles would definitely be looking to win both of them. Both these teams also won their previous match and so would in a somewhat good frame of mind.
This match was supposed to be the second time these teams play each other but rain ruined the previous one and it had to be abandoned without a ball being bowled.

A brilliant inning from Jason Roy led the Invincibles to victory in the previous match. He has been the most prolific run-scorer for the Invincibles with 174 runs to his name. He is followed by Sam Billings (122) and Colin Ingram (118).
It should be noted, though, that 81 of Ingram’s runs came in just one inning. In terms of consistency, the batting has not been too great. Players like Will Jacks, Laurie Evans, and even Sunil Narine have played cameos at best but are not really converting their performances into match-winning knocks yet.

Among the bowlers, Sunil Narine is the most successful bowler for the team with the second-most wickets, six, and the best economy rate. Tabraiz Shamsi has found the going a bit tough in the Hundred but Tom Curran, Saqib Mahmood, and Reece Topley give the Invincibles a good bowling lineup.

We saw London Spirit make some changes in the previous match as they dropped Mohammad Amir, changed the batting order around, and actually ended up winning their first match of the Hundred.
They are going to be without Mohammad Nabi in this match who has returned to his home town and so another change at the very least is going to be necessary.
Despite the win in the previous match, we are not very bullish about the prospects of London Spirit in this match. They just don’t have the batting strength or current form to be able to win matches consistently.
Rossington, Reece, Inglis, and Cracknell are not going to scare the opposition bowling attack too much. Also, Morgan’s terrible form just does not seem to want to end.
Bradley Wheal picked up four wickets in the previous match and was easily the pick of the bowlers. We don’t think there are going to be any changes to the bowling lineup when it comes to this match.

The weather forecast for this match is excellent. There is no threat of rain and we should be able to enjoy an uninterrupted match. As far as the pitch goes, this is the same venue at which the Oval Invincibles scored 125 from just 65 balls and only managed to win by ten runs!

We are going to bet on the Oval Invincibles to win this match. They certainly have a stronger batting lineup and a bowling unit that is more accomplished than London Spirit. With just one win out of six matches, London Spirit has been the worst team of the Hundred 2021 season so far.

He is a ferocious hitter of the cricket ball and although he has not got too many runs, he still hits most of them in boundaries. He is going to hit a six if he stays there for even a short time.
The flat batting surface at the Oval is perfect for a hard-hitting team like the Oval Invincibles. Roy, Jacks, Ingram, Billings, and a strong lower order should be able to combine to help you win this bet. Excellent returns on this bet make it worth the risk.
We think this is a pretty high score for an individual and there is a good chance that we can see a high-scoring match without too many individual big innings. That has happened quite a lot in the Hundred as batsmen focus more on strike rate than just getting to landmarks.
