The ball is getting older with every passing over and it will not be easy to bat for the newer batsman coming in. With run-rate likely to soar after every quiet over, batsmen cannot afford to take it easy. Krunal is the new man in and next man to fall will likely be him.
Quinton de Kock has had a rather quiet tournament thus far and will be under pressure to do well. On the other hand, the Royals' powerplay bowling has been brilliant, to say the least. On a surface that is getting slow, we expect de Kock to be dismissed before a personal score of 25.5.
We are into that stage of the innings where the Royals batsmen have thrived. They still have the likes of Rahul Tewatia, David Miller, and Riyan Parag to come. They can afford to and will go all guns blazing in final five overs. A punt in favor of the Royals to score 181 runs seems to be a lucrative option.
Yashasvi is looking in incredible touch in this match. He has looked confortable against all bowlers and dismissing him will not be easy for Mumbai Indians now. Bet on Jaiswal to score a fifty today.
We are four overs into the Royals' innings and they certainly look behind the eight-ball at the moment as far as run-rate is concerned. They need to get on with the run-rate if they want to post a challenging total against this powerful Mumbai side. Bet on Royals to have a score in excess of 89.5 at the end of 12 overs.

No team would be as happy as Mumbai Indians to move out of Chennai to play the next leg of the Indian Premier League 2021. After all, Mumbai Indians are going through one of the roughest patches they've had in recent times. Perceived to be the title favorites before the tournament started, Mumbai Indians are struggling to keep themselves among the top-four sides.
Facing Mumbai Indians in the next match will be Rajasthan Royals who are notoriously inconsistent. They are brilliant when it's their day and terrible when it's not. Both sides are floating in the mid-part of the points table and will be desperately searching for a win to strengthen their respective positions. This upcoming match will be played at Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium, Delhi on 29th April 2021.
There's a striking dissimilarity about Mumbai Indians' performance this year as compared to the one last year. They haven't been as ruthless as they are known to be and their slog-overs batting hasn't done justice to the on-paper firepower that they have. Even though they are still among the top four sides, placed at fourth, they have been far from their best. From a total of five matches played, Mumbai Indians have won two and lost three.
The biggest concern for Mumbai Indians going into the next phase of the tournament will be their middle-order batting. The likes of Ishan Kishan, Hardik Pandya, and Kieron Pollard have struggled to score quickly and consistently and that has so far been a telling factor in the matches that Mumbai Indians have lost. Apart from that, the form of Quinton de Kock has been concerning and it is only a matter of time before he makes way for Chris Lynn unless, of course, de Kock plays a nifty knock for his side.
Mumbai's average scoring rate at death has been 7.45, which is the least among all teams in the tournament. The fact that they have played most of their matches at Chennai hasn't helped their cause. The silver living for Mumbai Indians have been the performances by their bowlers and shrewd captaincy by Rohit Sharma. The likes of Trent Boult, Rahul Chahar, Jasprit Bumrah, and Jayant Yadav have all been pretty good and the same will be expected from them at Delhi as well.
Given that the Royals have struggled in the powerplay in the tournament thus far, Mumbai Indians might be looking to bowl with Boult and Bumrah upfront. Besides, they might look to add an extra seamer into the side in place of Jayant Yadav. Overall, not much has changed for Mumbai Indians has changed as far as the on-paper combination is concerned and they will bounce back sooner or later. They'd want to do it now and the newer wickets might just help their batsmen get their rhythm back. If it happens, Mumbai Indians will be extremely difficult to defeat.
Rohit Sharma, Quinton de Kock, SA Yadav, Kieron Pollard, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Jayant Yadav, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Rahul Chahar, JJ Bumrah, Trent Boult.
With most of their players opting to leave this season in the middle, Rajasthan Royals are struggling for options. They are now left with only four overseas players to work with and cannot afford another injury or a player leaving the squad. As it stands, the Royals are placed sixth on the points table with two wins in five matches.
The biggest strength of the Royals in this upcoming match will be their top-order that consists of Jos Buttler and Sanju Samson. While Buttler hasn't looked as consistent as he would want to be in the tournament so far, he has an immaculate record against Mumbai Indians. Besides, Sanju Samson has looked good in the recent matches and he would want to put together a string of consistent performances.
The thing that works for the Royals is that they have a batting lineup that goes extremely deep. They may have an inexperienced batting order, but almost all of their players have shown excellent control when put under the pump. With almost all bowlers having an array of slower deliveries in their respective arsenals, which could be of massive importance at Delhi.
The Royals will be brimming with confidence following their majestic win over Kolkata Knight Riders. They do have an excellent set of players that can make a difference on their day. If batsmen are able to deliver for the Royals, Mumbai Indians will have their work cut out.
Jos Buttler, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Sanju Samson, Shivam Dube, David Miller, Riyan Parag, R Tewatia, Chris Morris, Jaydev Unadkat, Chetan Sakariya, Mustafizur Rahman.
In the game between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Chennai Super Kings, the surface at Delhi happened to be surprisingly good for batting. A total of 171 was chased down by CSK with considerable ease. It is a day game and batting will be a bit difficult as compared to the other game. Having said that, short boundaries will likely provide batsmen with full value for their lofted shots. Considering all that, the team batting first will be looking to put at least 180 runs on the board.

It is an important match for the two sides as the result of this match will govern which teams get to sneak into the top four for the time being. A win here could go a long way at the back-end of the tournament considering that surfaces will get difficult to score on going forward. Both sides have been inconsistent in the tournament so far, but the Mumbai Indians' lack of runs from the lower-middle order will be concerning. The Royals, on the other hand, have had almost everyone contributing in at least one match and that will give them the confidence to perform. For that reason and the others stated above, betting on a Royals' win should be the way to go here.
The surface here was perceived unnecessarily difficult before the last match and the same notion could prevail given this is a day game. However, we believe that with the batting lineup the two teams have, this match will be a high-scoring one as well. Bet on a total match score to exceed 321.5.
Even though Buttler hasn't been in prime form, he has an immaculate record against Mumbai Indians. He will relish facing quick bowlers in a match that will need some application upfront. We believe that Buttler will grab this opportunity to anchor the innings and play a grand knock for the Royals.
